Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email us at info@memadivine.com with your order number and photos
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven't already been prepared. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
